Project Overview

Clinic Build-Out — Strathmore, Alberta | 1,500 sq ft DryBuild completed the full interior finishing scope for a new clinic space in Strathmore — framing, batt insulation, drywall installation, and professional taping and mudding across 1,500 sq ft of walls and ceilings. Our team framed partition walls and ceiling assemblies to Alberta Building Code requirements, installed insulation with proper vapor barrier where required, and hung drywall using the appropriate board types for each area. All seams were taped, mudded, and finished to a clean, paint-ready standard — giving the clinic a solid foundation for final paint, flooring, and medical fit-out. From rough framing through to finished drywall, we worked efficiently in a compact commercial space, coordinating around other trades and keeping the site clean and ready for the next phase of the build-out.
